323,540 gross m2. We attach as annex 1 plans of the same for better identification. Without going into the transfers that must be made to the next planned routes of N-5 and M-600.

DEVELOPABLE AREA: AFTER THE NEW ROUTES OF THE M-600 AND WIDENING OF THE N-5.

This sector is going to undergo a modification due to the expansion project of these roads and is divided into two parts, the upper one adjacent to the N-5 expansion consisting of an entrance roundabout with a developable area of 60,000 square meters and the below, that is, at the bottom of the new M-600 route, with an area of 80,000 square meters.

URBAN SITUATION OF THE SECTOR:

As previously stated, it is developable land, this qualification is due to the fact that it has gone from rustic to urban, with a building coefficient of 0.474 m2/m2. However, below we will detail the basic data applicable to the urban classification of the sector.

WAY TO UNDERTAKE THE FUTURE PROJECT:

Carry out a draft partial plan to urbanize it, taking into account the projects and transfers that would have to be carried out for the expansion of the N-5 and the M-600, presenting it to the Urban Planning section of the Hon. Navalcarnero Town Hall (Madrid).
